Ugg Inspired Crochet Baby Booties

Hello, everyone! I have been working on this video tutorial and baby booties pattern for almost two weeks now. Somehow this video took me the longest to edit. Probably because before that I was editing stitch tutorials and tutorials made with very thick yarn and I got spoilt. However, the work is done now and I can’t wait to see your creations using this pattern. I think these booties came out super cute and can be a perfect gift for winter babies. All you need is a DK weight yarn, 3.5 mm or E/4 crochet hook, stitch markers, some fluffy yarn to create the edging on the flips and two very simple buttons of your choice.

If you decide to make a pair of your own Ugg inspired baby booties tag me on Instagram using #crobypatterns or share it on my Facebook page.

PATTERN NOTES

  • The sole and the lower upper part are worked in rounds. The flip is worked in rows.
  • The pattern starts with a chain.
  • If the number is written before the stitch 3 hdc work 3 hdc into the same stitch, if the number is written after the stitch hdc 3, work hdc into next 3 stitches.
  • Ss at the end of the round does not count as a stitch.
  • Use stitch markers and mark important stitches. You do not need the same stitch markers that I use. You can use paper pins or yarn tails that you do not need anymore and mark your stitches with them.
